Client Cooperation

• Clients must actively cooperate with our team during the project — especially for website design, content approval, and marketing materials.
• Delays in providing required information, approvals, or resources may affect project timelines.
• The agency will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of client response or incomplete inputs.

Image & Content Responsibility

• Clients must provide their own images, videos, and content for website or social media projects.
• If using third-party content, clients must ensure it is copyright-free or properly licensed.
• The agency is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues from unlicensed materials provided by clients.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is made, the final design and content will belong to the client. However, websites may collect data, use cookies, or track interactions as part of third-party integrations.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client data and project details are kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent clients’ personal information to any third parties.

Communication & Support

• All official communication should be done through email or WhatsApp for clear project tracking.
• Support is available during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).
• The agency is not responsible for delayed replies outside business hours or holidays.
